Save Your Skin This Summer from Sunburn

The sun's beams are only getting worse with dangerous global warming. This summer, be careful when you go out and enjoy the sun as its rays aren't as friendly as they used to be. 

A typical mistake everybody makes is presenting their skin to the sun for long periods to "make" Vitamin D.

Uncover a broad measure of your skin to the sun around early afternoon for around fifteen to twenty minutes. That is sufficient time for your skin to create Vitamin D.

If you remain out any more, it can make permanent damage your skin.
